Transparent hydrocellular gel dressing for moist wound treatment
Hydrocellular gel dressing with semi-permeable backing, impermeable to bacteria1, transparent and provides a balanced moist wound environment due to it’s high water content (approx. 60%). Hydrosorb® promotes granulation and epithelialisation2, has excellent biocompatibility and can be removed without the need for wound irrigation2.

For use on nil to low exuding wounds. Hydrosorb® is especially suitable for the treatment of chronic, slow healing wounds where granulation is not progressing satisfactorily3. It can be used as a debriding agent on necrotic tissue3 by facilitating autolytic debridement and is cooling and soothing due to the high water content, which acts as a natural anaesthetic effect by bathing nerve endings2.
