Indicated for lightly exuding, superficial, non-infected wounds in the epithelialisationphase, e.g. abrasions, dermabrasion, skin donor sites, ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, partial thickness burns. Suprasorb F can also be used as a secondary dressing for additional protection and dressing retention.

Do not use as a primary dressing on deep wounds. Not suitable as a primary dressing on moderate to heavily exuding wounds. In such cases Suprasorb F can be used as a secondary dressing to secure a primary dressing. Where wound infection is suspected, treatment with antimicrobial dressings and/or antibiotics may be required following appropriate patient and wound assessment. Suprasorb F can be used as a secondary dressing to secure antimicrobial dressings.
