1. Soft, non-woven contact layer helps to prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound.
2. Distribution layer ensures that the absorbed exudate flows evenly into the core.
3. Absorbent core binds a high volume of exudate with superabsorbers particles.
4. Adhesive layer fixes the superabsorbent particles in place.
5. The outer side has a protective backing that prevents strikethrough onto clothing and bedding.
