Fine, non-woven material, with vacuum-aluminised fibres, resulting in a highly porous, non-adherent layer with a smooth surface which prevents adherence to wounds

Indications

For the care of acute wounds – primary dressing, for the care of tube, drain and tracheostomy sites.

Wear time

Intervals between dressing changes must be determined by the clinician, based on the condition of the wound and level of exudate.

Precautions

Do not use if there is a known sensitivity to the product. Metalline Tracheo dressing should not be used during radiation procedures. Do not cut Metalline Tracheo dressing.
