The product is of course completely sterile and can be placed directly on the wound site. The dressing consists of a polyurethane pad totally devoid of fibres. This pad is placed inside a foil sachet then generously soaked in a glutinous gel that is completely safe, water-based and totally non-toxic. Safe enough to use even on small children.

Immediately the pad is applied, the patient will experience instant pain relief as the gel uniquely seals any exposed lower skin surfaces from the air. Secondly, the gel literally arrests the burning process and stops further damage in its tracks. On arrival at hospital (if required) the medical staff will thank you for placing a dressing on their patient that can be very easily, quickly and painlessly removed, allowing them to focus on immediate treatment.
